Returns: We accept goods back that have been un-used and un-opened. We advise you to send goods by registered post so there is evidence of postage if the goods do not turn up. Un-opened and un-used goods will only be accepted if they are returned within 5 days from when you received them. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods as well as the costs of postage we have paid to send.. We shall return the money within 30 days of the cancellation.

If you have received the wrong goods or the goods you have received are faulty, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost and pay for the mail costs, or refund your money within 30 days upon receipt of the goods: to arrange this, contact us at: sales@hairstyling.co.uk

Complaints: At YST we endevour to keep improving our customer service and welcome suggestions and feedbacks. However, we do understand that every so often, a customer will not be satisfied with the service he/she has received. All complaints are dealt with fairly and swiftly. We shall reply to any complaint in the first instance within 5 working days. Email us at sales@hairstyling.co.uk in full confidentiality.

How to Shop

Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling: Our shipping charges are automatically worked out by the kg and divided into 4 shipping zones - UK, Europe, World Zone 1 (including US and Canada) and World Zone 2. This ensures that you pay no more in posting and packaging than you need to.
